Subprocessors
Last updated October 25, 2026
These are the third parties that store or process Customer Data on Nuzz's behalf. Each is bound by a written agreement that limits its use of the data to providing its service to us, with security and confidentiality obligations at least as protective as ours.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Hosting of the Nuzz website and application | All Customer Data passing through the application; request logs | United States |
| Neon (a Databricks company) | Database and file storage | All stored Customer Data and account information | United States (AWS, Ohio) |
| Fly.io, Inc. | Background processing, such as CRM syncs and scheduled work | Customer Data being processed | United States (Virginia) |
| Anthropic, PBC | AI models that answer questions and prepare drafts, summaries and suggestions | Prompts and the Customer Data relevant to each request | United States |
| Resend | Sending sign-in links and notification emails | Recipient email addresses and email content | United States |
| Stripe, Inc. | Payment processing (when billing is enabled) | Billing contact and payment details | United States |
Integrations you connect#
When you connect HubSpot, Salesforce, Google (Gmail, Calendar or Meet), Zoom or Slack, Nuzz exchanges data with that service at your direction. These services aren't Nuzz's subprocessors: you choose them, and your use of them is governed by your own agreement with each provider.
Changes#
We'll update this page before a new subprocessor starts processing Customer Data, and tell workspace owners by email at least 30 days in advance, as described in our Data Processing Addendum. To object to a new subprocessor, email the address in the DPA.
